Preparation
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough, press all seams together on a lightly floured waxed paper, then carefully transfer and press it into the pan over the cinnamon sugar to reach the edges.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the first layer of dough. Unroll and prepare the second can of dough similarly, then place it on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the top layer of dough and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, or until it turns light brown.
Notes
For best results, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature to achieve a smooth and lump-free filling.
